Founded by Reonnie Monet, Monet Signature Media Agency was built on the belief that storytelling should do more than capture attention—it should create impact. As a purpose-driven creative, Reonnie brings a multidisciplinary background that blends creativity with intentionality in every project she leads. With experience across healthcare, fashion, media, youth development, and nonprofit spaces, Reonnie has developed a reputation for building meaningful connections between brands, communities, and opportunities. Her work is rooted in service, collaboration, and authentic storytelling—helping organizations communicate their vision in ways that inspire action and lasting engagement.
Reonnie currently serves as the Project Manager and Overall Brand Strategist for the Anthem Nights Collective, where she leads brand development, creative direction, marketing strategy, partnerships, and audience engagement initiatives. Most recently, she played a key role in producing the Anthem Nights Live Recording in Chicago, featuring gospel artists Tye Tribbett, Lisa Knowles-Smith, and Kierra Sheard-Kelly. Through strategic planning and creative execution, she helped cultivate an experience centered around worship, culture, and community impact in her very own hometown.
Beyond entertainment and media, Reonnie remains deeply committed to community empowerment. She previously led outreach efforts for New Life Covenant Church Southeast’s Empower Summer Camp, securing a partnership with the Chicago Sky’s SkyCares Program that provided more than 100 families access to WNBA games. These experiences reflect the heart behind Monet Signature Media Agency: using media, strategy, and partnerships to create opportunities that extend beyond the screen.
At Monet Signature Media Agency, Reonnie’s mission goes deeper than branding and content creation. She is committed to giving young girls and Black children opportunities to not only learn creative and professional skills, but also gain exposure to environments, lifestyles, and work ethics that expand their vision for what’s possible. Through mentorship, leadership, and creative direction, she aims to be both a resource and a vessel of God—using her gifts to uplift others and create pathways for the next generation.
Driven by faith, purpose, and excellence, Reonnie continues to merge media with mission, helping brands and communities tell stories that matter.
